EF Johnson Technologies, Inc. Receives $4.8 Million Contract from U.S. DoD Customer for Wireless Sensor Network Solution
Company to provide secure wireless sensor solution
Irving, TX – November 12, 2009– EF Johnson Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: EFJI) today announced that its 3e Technologies International (3eTI) subsidiary has received a multi-year contract for $4.8 million, with four options valued up to $21 million, from the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) to deliver a wireless sensor network solution. The cost plus fixed fee contract calls for the Company to deliver a FIPS 140-2 Validated™ secure wireless solution that integrates diverse sensors into a large system while reducing infrastructure costs.
