EFJohnson’s IP25™ Key Management Facility II (KMF II) provides you with a fast, flexible, and portable means to manage your communications. KMF II is a secure, fast, Project 25 compliant client-server solution that simplifies encryption key management and distribution.

The rekeying feature in KMF II - over-the-air-rekeying (OTAR) - encrypts and sends the keys and related key management messages to prevent them from being disclosed.
