KW20 Scrambler
The KW20 is available in four levels of security.
It is compatible with Kenwood radio models TK-2140 and TK-3140.
The KW20 is easy to install, requires very low power to operate and offers outstanding voice quality. The KW20 offers Continuous Synchronization, which permits a user to join secure communication after coding has been initiated. The Automatic Receive Option allows for automatic detection of both clear and coded communication modes. The Disable Radio Function can make the radio unable to receive or transmit messages, preventing breaches in communications security. In addition, the KW20 does not affect the use of a system's sub-audible signaling options, such as transparent operation through repeaters.
