EFJohnson will provide the customer a Digital Dispatch Console Module for dispatchers and supervisors using a IP25™ Digital console.
The training will provide an orientation to the overall dispatch capability and
operation. The dispatchers will experience the overall functionality
of the dispatch console position and the associated special features. Students
will be trained to understand the console configuration established specifically
for their operation and will fully understand how to manipulate the total console
system to meet their needs.
Policy and procedures specific to the customers’ operation shall be the
responsibility of the customer.
The training requires an operational system or a prepared training environment.
