Company to provide Project 25 compliant interoperable radios for first responders

Irving, TX – September 29, 2008 – EF Johnson Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: EFJI) announced today that it has received an order valued at $1.9 million from a state and local customer to provide its Project 25 compliant radios and accessories to several counties in that state.
