EFJohnson Announces Impact Partner Dealer Program
EFJOHNSON ANNOUNCES IMPACT PARTNER DEALER PROGRAM
IRVING, Texas – August 21, 2012 – EF Johnson Technologies, Inc., one of the nation’s leading solution providers of mission critical communications technology for emergency responders, announces its Impact Partner Program™ for dealers. The tiered program increases the focus on the end customer, enhances the company’s partnerships with dealers and increases the dealers’ profitability by providing competitive incentives, expert training and advanced sales tools.
“EFJohnson recognizes that our channel partners are a critical element to providing our end customers outstanding sales and service,” said Andrew Adams, president and CEO of EFJohnson Technologies. “In order to exceed our end customer’s expectations, we partner with our dealers, combining their regional expertise with EFJohnson’s full line of advanced public safety radios and complete radio system solutions. The Impact Partner Program is the foundation of our increased commitment to our dealer partnerships.”
Through the Impact Partner Program, dealers are categorized into three tiers – Silver, Gold and Platinum – based on their sales performance. Top-tier dealers receive benefits in the form of advanced sales tools, training, opportunities to directly provide feedback to the company and highly competitive sales performance incentives including increased product discounts.
“The Impact Partner Program provides a well-defined framework that allows us to demonstrate the high value we place on our channel partner relationships by rewarding our dealers for their brand loyalty and sales accomplishments,” said Tom LaHoda, vice president of channel and partnership development. “The program is designed with the end customer in mind. Unlike competitors’ programs, all dealers have a direct relationship with EFJohnson, ensuring a dealer’s local customer has access to the best service and price.”
Dealers who become members of the Impact Partner Program are provided with tools to help them accomplish their sales goals. These tools make working with EFJohnson more convenient for dealers and help the dealers disseminate consistent product information to end customers. They include a user-friendly website and online access to a new quoting and configuration tool. Participation on quarterly regional conference calls and free web-based training are also included.
