Andrew L. AdamsChief Executive Officer and PresidentAndrew (Andy) L. Adams joined EF Johnson Technologies, Inc. on November 1, 2010 as President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Andy served as President of the Industrial Solutions Division of Belden Corporation (Belden), a designer and manufacturer of signal transmission products to industrial, broadcast and enterprise customers worldwide. Before joining Belden, he was employed by Harris Corporation for 15 years where he held several positions in the RF Communications Division. Andy holds BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He also holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Rochester – William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration and completed a General Management Program at Harvard Business School Executive Education Program. | ||

Jana Ahlfinger BellExecutive Vice President and Chief Financial OfficerJana Bell was appointed CFO effective March 2005. Prior to joining EF Johnson Technologies, Inc., Jana served as President and CEO of Simple Products Inc., an early stage developer of innovative handset and network technologies for the disposable wireless market from January 2003 until February 2005. Jana served as CEO, president and a director of @TRACK Communications, Inc., a provider of integrated wireless voice, data and location technologies from September of 1998 until September of 2002. From June of 1998 until September of 1998, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of @TRACK. From March 1992 to June 1998, she was employed in a variety of capacities by AT&T Wireless Services and by its predecessors, LIN Broadcasting and McCaw Cellular Communications, Inc. Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Southwest region. Jana practiced public accounting for Ernst & Young LLP, last serving as an audit manager and is a Certified Public Accountant. She holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University. | ||

Jim GreenChief Operating OfficerJim Green joined EFJohnson in December of 2010. Jim has over 25 years of experience in product engineering, sales, marketing, finance and manufacturing. Throughout his distinguished career, he has also refined his skills related to lean manufacturing, total quality management and Kaizen manufacturing techniques. Prior to his role with EFJohnson, Jim served as vice president of the industrial products division for Flextronics, an international Fortune 500 electronics manufacturing services provider to OEM customers. He has also served in executive leadership positions with Digital Lightwave Corporation, Trillium Industry, Matco Electronics, Memorex Telex Corporation and Atari Corporation. Jim earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington. | ||

Stephanie BishopVice President, Human ResourcesStephanie Bishop joined EFJohnson in January of 2011. Stephanie is a seasoned human resources professional who specializes in managing benefits, compensation and compliance programs for manufacturing and industrial companies. Prior to joining EFJohnson, Stephanie worked with Belden Inc., Americas Group, a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of signal transmission products, and with Johns Manville, a provider of building insulation products to the commercial and residential building industry. She earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership and supervision, graduating with the highest distinction, from Purdue University. Stephanie also holds a professional human resources certification. | ||

Karthik RangarajanVice President, MarketingKarthik Rangarajan joined EFJohnson in March of 2011. Karthik comes to EFJohnson with 15 years of experience in mobile technology. He specializes in product management and strategy, business development and marketing. Prior to joining EFJohnson, Karthik served as senior product manager for the broadband wireless business unit for Cisco Systems in Richardson, Texas. He also worked with Nortel Networks, where he led national telecommunications software development projects for public safety networks, as well as projects to achieve interoperability within 2G and 3G networks of Tier 1 telecommunications customers. Karthik earned his MBA in strategy and entrepreneurship from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University (SMU), and his master’s of science in electrical engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. |
