  • JVCKENWOOD announces the new KENWOOD Viking VM8000 digital two-way mobile radio that supports multiple protocols including P25, DMR, Viking 16 and analog. Designed for mission critical users, it can operate in the VHF, UHF, and 700/800 MHz bands.  This makes it possible for a single radio to interoperate with police, fire, and emergency services as well as schools and private security services.
  • The KENWOOD Trunking 2.5 System has expanded its capabilities to more effectively support critical infrastructure operations including utilities, public works, transit, and education users.  The system’s proprietary structure, based on the DMR digital standard, facilitates simple setup and highly efficient operations.
  • The KENWOOD KAIROS digital repeater supports the DMR standard as well as simulcast, increasing its flexibility and value to business and industrial users.
  • New IoT/AI Solutions will be demonstrated during IWCE, showcasing software developer partnerships built on the KENWOOD NEXEDGE platform and operating through an IP gateway.  Designed to support immediate decision making in demanding work environments, unique features of these new solutions include automated alerting and multi-device management.
  • New KENWOOD two-way radios include the TH-D75A amateur radio and the latest ProTalk® portable, the PKT-300.    The TH-D75A is a multiband transceiver offering both APRS® and digital voice functions.  The
    PKT-300 is a compact 2Watt UHF portable with an innovative ergonomic design and featuring an option to convert from 6 channel to 16 channel use.
