1. Call the KENWOOD Viking support number for initial contact at 1-800-328-3911. This number is answered by the KENWOOD Viking support team during business hours, Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST. Calls after hours are directed to an answering service. In either case, the representative will log a ticket and contact support personnel to further assist your repair needs. Your call will be followed up within 24 hours.

2. KENWOOD Viking's technical support staff will assess the unit to see if the unit needs to be sent into depot services and will inform you of the next steps in your repair process.
3. If the unit requires hardware repair please verify the unit's warranty status by logging into your MyEFJ account located at https://my.efjohnson.com. If you do not have access to the MyEFJ portal you may verify warranty by emailing depotrepair@efji.com. If the unit is in warranty then you will not be billed for repair unless it is found that the unit has suffered abuse, misuse, neglect or physical damage. If the unit is not in warranty then you will be billed flat-rate pricing by United Radio at the time that United Radio receives the unit in their facility.
4. Complete the RMA form here and place a printed copy in the box with your unit for repair.
5. Ship your unit to United Radio as listed below. For assistance with in-warranty accessory items, have your original Sales Order number and call the Warranty group at 800-328-3911 to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

6. Please do not include any accessory items with your unit. Accessory items received without a Return Authorization Number issued by the Warranty group will be returned to you. Accessory items carry a one-year warranty from the date of sale and will not be repaired or replaced through United Radio.
